I provide strategic leadership and oversight of the overall operations of Algentem, as well as assume the role of Lead Designer for internal projects. As a Navy Veteran who worked on the Aegis Weapon System Computer Suite, I gained a plethora of experience in computer hardware/software, computer networks, management, logistics, and high pressure situations.

Post Navy, I worked as a software engineer in DoD contracting. I then went on to gain experience in event planning and marketing. While my technical skills have been honed through years of training and experience, I am proud of my people skills, specifically my ability to listen, my patience, and willingness to compromise. This is an asset that offers a considerable edge in practically all areas of business and keeps both internal and external professional relationships postive and motivated.

I am a highly motivated networker with a passionate belief in the power of human connections. My networking philosophy is rooted in the idea that everyone has something valuable to offer, and by bringing people together, we can create a synergy that benefits all. The culmination of my different skills and experiences lead me to co-found Algentem, so that we could create high level solutions to software related business problems, as well as to create our own software solutions to problems that haven't been solved (either at all, or not to our standards). As an intermediate software engineer, I possess a diverse skill set in web development and game design. With experience in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React and Svelte, I am well-versed in creating dynamic and responsive web applications.

My expertise extends to database management systems like Firebase, Supabase, and AWS, allowing me to effectively handle data storage and retrieval requirements. Additionally, I have a strong background in HTML and SQL, enabling me to craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, as well as work with database management.

Complementing my web development skills, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Game Design, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of game development principles.
