In addition to client solutions, Dre also leads the development of Connexus, a large-scale community and events platform, further demonstrating his ability to architect and deliver complex, user-focused systems.

Dennis Stelmach is the CTO and co-founder of Algentem, bringing deep expertise across full-stack development, systems engineering, DevOps, and emerging technologies. With a career spanning web platforms, data infrastructure, robotics, and advanced graphics, Dennis thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable solutions.

Dennis served as the lead developer on CrownLink 2.0, a global biotech reporting platform. His broader experience covers the entire software lifecycle: from frontend design and backend architecture to database engineering and cloud deployment. He has led projects involving secure APIs, high-performance reporting platforms, and workflow automation, using technologies ranging from REST and GraphQL to real-time protocols like WebSockets and gRPC.

Dennis also brings strong expertise in DevOps, with hands-on experience in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments, including AWS and Google Cloud. His work is driven by a passion for building technology that is secure, efficient, and impactful. He leads the technical direction at Algentem with a focus on reliability, performance, and long-term sustainability for the clients and communities the company serves.

Zachary Andre is a Senior Software Engineer and co-founder of Algentem, specializing in front-end development, user experience design, and full-stack implementation. With expertise in modern frameworks such as React and Svelte, he develops dynamic, responsive applications that balance performance, usability, and scalability.

His technical background spans database systems including Firebase, Supabase, and AWS, enabling him to integrate secure data workflows with seamless user interfaces. Zachary's unique foundation in game design also brings a creative edge to his engineering, giving him an intuitive grasp of interactivity, visual design, and user engagement.

Cameron Rezek is a Product Manager at Algentem, where he combines engineering, data analytics, and business strategy to deliver user-focused products and solutions. With prior experience as a software engineer, he brings hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and SQL, giving him a unique perspective on both the technical and strategic sides of product development.

At Algentem, Cameron has contributed significantly to the Crownlink platform, collaborating with engineers, data specialists, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and translate complex requirements into actionable features. His Informatics degree from the University of Washington supports his focus on turning data into insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.
